You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed; delays caused by the carrier are outside our control.
International Shipping

Returns
We want you to love what you ordered. If you're not fully satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
To start a return:
- Email contact@jubilore.com or call (202) 695-9600 with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
- We'll send you a return authorization and shipping instructions.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging with all tags attached.
- Ship the item back using the provided instructions.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. See our Refund & Exchange page for eligibility details and processing times.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@jubilore.com with your order number and photos of the issue, and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
